Weather you do job or do business you must have a skill, without that skill you can't grow, that is the Communication skill.



It is the quality you will have to develop it today or tomorrow. Weather you want a job or girl.
Brother will be very useful in both cases.

Communication skills are going to be important in every aspects of life. Anything if you will do then you will have to improve your communication skill.

You will have to make your communication skill, anyone who met with you, he/she will be yours.

So what we will have to do for improve our communication skill.

1. We will have to know our Weakness/loopholes.
2. If any person is coming to talk with us then we need to understand his/her mindset or motive. It is
    the biggest quality of extraordinary communication skill. Nothing bigger then this. It means
    understanding.



When you go to know how we can improve communication skill and search any book or on  internet then you will get techniqes. But when you see the real life, then there is no connection with real life.
Means if you are not able to understand what want people who is speaking with you in your front then you will fail if  also you have a communication skills techniques.

I give you real life example. Their is a salesman who have the good communication skill and he is very confidence and also he have a presentation skill but you are demanding something else and he is showing something else.

And one thing i also want to tell you that any person who is debating, his communication skill is zero.
because any person who has the best communication skill he will not argument with anyone. The track of discussion he will change and agree with front person. The moment you agree with people then argument is finished.

I give you one example :  Admit you have a shop and customer come to your shop and he is saying your product is not good, and you are saying no my product is good. and you are debating with his. And you are trying to prove your point of view.  It means your communication skill is zero. because you are saying anything and customer is saying anything then what will happened in end, conflict.

What say communication skill.

If anyone who come to your shop and saying your product is not good, and you know that your product is best, there is not disturbance in this, but you are agree it. Then how customer will debate with you. So you get agree with customer don't debate but you ask with customer you are saying product is not good it has disturbance on what bases are you saying. You changed the track. And started asking. So what is going argument or discussion.

Discussion is going, if you understand it then you will able to make your communication skill good.

You will have to understand observe people. And observation mean being unbiased.

You will need to understand people who is speaking with you, for understand you will have to ask questions.

And many things you know like :

Make eye contact with person you are speaking and your body language, enunciate your words, good listener, Keep your voice animated, use the right words, develop your voice and practice etc.
